These Terms and Conditions govern all text messaging communications transmitted and received through the A2P 10DLC messaging platform operated by FanFame Media LTD. Utilizing this service indicates your acceptance of these terms.

SMS Disclosure

By enrolling in our text messaging services, you consent to receiving messages pertaining to notifications, promotional content, two-factor authentication (2FA), and additional service communications. The volume of messages may fluctuate.

Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges will apply.

You may discontinue SMS communications anytime by responding STOP to any text from us. For assistance, reply HELP to receive support information.

Messaging Consent

Users must provide explicit authorization to receive communications from FanFame Media LTD. Authorization may be obtained through multiple channels including online registration forms, physical documents, or verbal confirmation during customer service interactions.

Communications from FanFame Media LTD may encompass notifications, reminders, special offers, service updates, and other pertinent information. Message volume varies based on your service engagement and communication preferences.

Data Rates and Charges

Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges apply to all messages transmitted or received through our platform. These charges appear on your mobile bill according to your carrier's rate structure.

Opt-Out Instructions

To cease receiving communications from FanFame Media LTD, respond STOP to any message we send. This action will remove you from our text messaging list.

Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services and subscribe to our text messaging communications. By enrolling in our services, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will promptly terminate their access and delete any associated personal information.

Message Delivery

FanFame Media LTD cannot guarantee uninterrupted or timely message delivery. Delivery disruptions may result from circumstances beyond our authority, including network connectivity issues or device incompatibility.

User Obligations

By utilizing our messaging platform, you commit to following all applicable legal requirements and regulations. You must refrain from using this service to transmit messages that are abusive, unlawful, or designed to harass or injure others.

Compliance with Laws

You recognize that the messaging platform must operate in accordance with all relevant legislation, including regulations governing privacy, telecommunications, and commercial messaging.

Subscription Plans and Billing

FanFame Media LTD provides two core subscription options:

$297/month: Features a professionally developed website, Skebob Studio platform access (web and mobile applications), dedicated business phone line for calls and texts, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, automated workflows, remarketing capabilities, and customer feedback collection systems.

$750/month: Encompasses all $297 plan features plus comprehensive management and optimization of Google Local Service Ads campaigns.

Subscriptions operate on a monthly recurring basis or as a 3-month prepaid package, with the prepaid option including complimentary Google My Business optimization (a $400 value).

Advance Payment & Auto-Renewal

All subscription charges are invoiced at the beginning of each service period and automatically renew unless terminated. Payments are processed through credit/debit card via our secure Stripe payment gateway.

Usage-Based Charges (Rebillable Costs)

Additional fees apply based on telephone line usage, text messaging (SMS/MMS), voice communication, and number intelligence features. Current rates are:

Phone Lines: Standard Local: $1.15/month | Toll-Free: $2.15/month

Text Messages (US/Canada): $0.0079/segment (incoming/outgoing)

Multimedia Messages (US/Canada): $0.02 outgoing | $0.01–$0.02 incoming

Voice Communication: $0.0180/min outgoing | $0.0085–$0.0220/min incoming

Number Intelligence: $0.005–$0.01 per query

Digital Wallet and Automatic Top-Up

Clients maintain a prepaid digital wallet for usage-related expenses. When the wallet balance reaches a minimum threshold, automatic billing occurs according to your designated auto-top-up configuration.

No Refund Policy

All transactions processed by FanFame Media LTD are conclusive and non-refundable, covering both subscription payments and usage-related charges. By enrolling in our services, you acknowledge that our offerings are customized, immediately commenced, and irreversible once service delivery initiates.

Chargebacks Are Not Permitted

You agree to refrain from filing chargebacks or payment disputes for services provided. Such actions represent a breach of this agreement. We maintain the authority to present documentation of agreement acceptance, platform utilization, and service delivery in response to all payment disputes.

In cases of fraudulent chargeback activity, FanFame Media LTD may seek compensation for the disputed amount in addition to any resulting legal or collection expenses.

Cancellation Terms

You retain the right to terminate your subscription at any point. Cancellation takes effect at the conclusion of the current billing period, preventing future charges. Terminating before the end of a prepaid period does not qualify for partial refunds.

Delivery of Services

Services are deemed delivered and completed when:

The client's website construction is finalized and made accessible

Platform configuration and automation implementation is complete

Account access assistance and onboarding guidance may be offered but are not required for service completion.

Free Trials and Promotions

FanFame Media LTD may periodically present trial periods or reduced pricing. During trial phases, preliminary setup may be conducted for data gathering purposes. Complete service delivery begins only upon payment commencement. Promotional pricing does not alter these terms.

Payment Failures and Service Suspension

Upon payment decline, we will retry processing 4 times across a 3-week period. Accounts unpaid within 48 hours of initial failure will be suspended until outstanding balances are resolved.

Consent and Agreement

By acquiring services from FanFame Media LTD or confirming acceptance during checkout, you verify that:

You have reviewed, comprehended, and consent to these Terms of Service

You acknowledge our No Refund policy

You forfeit the right to file chargebacks for rendered services

Changes to Terms and Conditions

FanFame Media LTD maintains the authority to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will be announced via our website or through direct communication when practical.
